When all transcations for a particular period have been duly entered in the books, User will used to confirm the status of debit and credit balances.

This report includes the period opening balances, the total of debits and credits for each ledger account during the selected period and the period of closing balance.
Trial balance mainly provides a listing of the ‘As on Date’ balances.
When you click on Trial balance option in final reports option, following screen apperars. If you want to preview the report befor printing then just click on preview button otherwise you print it directly by pressing print button.
