Adds button add the new voucher of that speific type in the database.To reflect the changes in the database, press Ok button after the entry is over.

Modifies the current voucher. Make neccessay changes and press OK button to reflect the changes in database. If you want to change the voucher thereafter double-click the required voucher from required books.This takes you to the voucher entry in modify mode. In modify mode, you modify the voucher as requried and press the OK button to reflect the changes in the database.

Delete current voucher from the database. Make be certain you want to delete a voucher before pressing the button.clicking on the delete button, press the OK button to physically remove the voucher from the database. After sometime,if you want to delete any specific voucher ,you have to select the voucher by double-clicking in respective books, which takes the user to the voucher entry screen, in delete mode. In delete mode, press Ok button to physically remove from the database.
